1. Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a request does not reserve or confirm a place. Every request is reviewed by Kuwait Mirror Limited, which may accept, decline or waitlist it. When a request is accepted, a place is held and an invoice is issued; the place is confirmed only once that invoice has been paid in full. Your private booking page always shows the current status.
2. Fees and Payment
Fees are as stated on the programme page or as otherwise agreed with you in writing. Payment is by bank transfer against our invoice, which states the amount, currency and bank details. There is no online payment facility, and we will never ask you to pay by any other route. An invoice may be addressed to your organisation where you ask for this.
3. Cancellation and Transfer by You
To cancel or transfer a booking, email us quoting your booking reference. You may transfer your place to a colleague at no charge before the session starts. Refunds for cancellations are handled as agreed with you when the booking was confirmed.
4. Changes and Cancellation by Us
We may change a trainer, venue or joining arrangement where necessary, and will tell you in good time. If we cancel a session, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid for it. Our liability in connection with any cancellation is limited to the fees you have paid.
5. Joining Details and Conduct
Joining details are provided to confirmed participants only and must not be shared. Sessions may not be recorded without our written consent. Case material discussed in a session must be treated as confidential, and participants must not disclose information identifying any individual client or case.
6. Certificates
Where a programme offers a certificate, it is issued to participants whose attendance (or, for an assessed programme, completion) is recorded, in the name given on the booking. Every certificate can be verified on this site, and a certificate issued in error may be revoked.
7. Training Content
Our training is for professional development and general information. It is not legal advice on any particular matter. Course materials remain the property of Kuwait Mirror Limited and are provided for the participant's own use only.
8. Your Information
We use the details you give us to administer your booking, invoice it and issue your certificate. Anyone who enters your certificate number on this site, or scans the certificate's QR code, can see your name, the programme and its date, so that the certificate can be checked by those you show it to. We do not share your details for marketing.
