Become an associate trainer

We work with practising compliance professionals, lawyers and experts who can teach what they do. Kuwait Mirror designs, prices and runs every programme; associate trainers deliver its sessions under an individual Associate Trainer Agreement.

Who we look for

  • Financial crime compliance — enhanced due diligence (EDD), AML/CFT, sanctions screening, PEP and source-of-wealth checks on Kuwait-connected customers, counterparties and transactions.
  • Kuwaiti law and country evidence — nationality and statelessness, family and personal status, asylum and protection, commercial law, political risk.
  • Expert witness practice — the expert's duties, instructions, report writing and giving evidence, from a first instruction upwards.

Every trainer needs substantial professional practice in their subject and experience of teaching, training or presenting to professionals. A current listing on the Kuwait Register is required to teach Kuwaiti law and country evidence; for Register members, the credentials verified at admission are not verified again.
